    WaterCelebration likes to keep the shipping and returns departments flowing. Our h2o loving customers deserve it. Read on to learn more.

    How Are My Products Shipped?

    • Free Economy Shipping - within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS at our discretion. 
    • Paid Shipping - We ship via UPS - with rare exceptions for freight, large items and specialty shipping requests,
    • Special Request Shipping - Should you require a specific shipping method, please note it on your order.
    • Shipment Tracking - We will send you tracking information when your order ships. UPS / FedEx / DHL give up to the date shipping information while USPS may not update the tracking information until you receive your shipment.  

    When Will I Get My Order?

    • When Do We Ship - For speed and convenience, we ship within 1 to 2 business days of your order, from multiple warehouses and factories around this wonderful USA. You receive tracking when your item ships.
    • When Do I Get My Order - USA orders should be received within 4 to 10 business days.
    • Free Economy Shipping - The free economy shipping can take up to 14 business days.
    • Some Delays Possible - For international shipping, remote area shipping, over the holidays, during pre-order and back order periods. 

    Special Shipping Notes 

    • NOTE # 1 - Over the past few years, you probably have dealt with supply chain issues and shipping delays, even packages and even stolen packages. At WaterCelebration.us our policy is to help eliminate these issues, to the best of our abilities. 
    • NOTE # 2 - For larger / heavier items orders that ship via freight, there may be an extra charge for residential shipping (noted in each listing), while it is free to ship to a freight terminal or to a commercial business address. 
    • NOTE # 3 - For remote or difficult to reach addresses (yes, that includes our “water loving off gridders”). It is possible that additional shipping charges and delays can apply. Any additional charge will be discussed with the purchaser.
    • NOTE # 4 - In the new world of supply chain strains we will communicate with our water loving clients of any delays and backorders.

    2 - We Set a Fair Time Limit - 30 Days - Our generous return window is key. We Offer a 30-day return period that shows you care without tying customers down. It’s like giving customers time to test the waters without feeling rushed. They can take their time to see if the product fits into their lifestyle.

    3 - Condition Matters - Items can be returned as long as items are unused and in original packaging. Just like a pair of shoes—you wouldn’t want to wear them in the mud and then expect a refund, right? 

    4 - For Faulty Defective Products - For faulty defective products, shipping damage - contact us to have replacements sent, or to assist with items lost in shipping or non-delivery issues.

    6 Simple Steps to Return - We avoid lengthy, word salad instructions that make people feel like they’re reading a manual for a spaceship, or a catamaran (to be more culturally water appropriate). Here is our simple, 6 step return process:

    Step 1 - Contact Us - Send us an email, contact us via chat, or give us a call. We will help you set up a return

    Step 2 - Return Authorization Process - With valid returns, return authorization processed and emailed to you with full return instructions.

    Step 3 - Pack It Up - Place the unused item in super safe packaging. Original packaging preferred.

    Step 4 - Ship It Back - Ship the item back with a trackable and insured method.

    Step 5 - Inspection - Returned items inspected by warehouse returns team.

    Step 6 - Refund - Refunds are given for all eligible returns, less our actual original shipping costs.
